Position: Training Coordinator (Automotive)
Location: Dearborn, MI
As a Training coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for Training the L1 agents and overseeing training requirements.
Monitor Software Support Hotline related dashboards
Participate in monthly calibration sessions, peer reviews, team meetings, coaching and training sessions
Achieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency.
Train Level 1 PreAssessment Agents based on client’s training material
Oversight of training Needs for additional development of Training requirements
Lead Teaming sessions
Conduct 1:1 training when needed with individual Level 1 agents
Any Graduate (3-4 years course)
5+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching and training
Proficiency in automotive hardware and software systems with its functionality is preferred
Experience in working and managing communications, with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholder
Effective training evaluation skill
High attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
Proactive, self-motivated, self-starter, minimal supervision
Strong organizational, time and workflow management skills
