We are looking for a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process Engineer generally assists in the production line of surface mount technologies, which involve attaching electronic materials to printed circuit boards. Finished products will be inspected by an engineer to assess their quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement advanced processes and SMT methodologies
• Perform direct and failure analysis for Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
• Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory access, and delivery
• Lead a team of SMT Machine Operators and Process Technicians
• Monitor manufacturing quality and actively draw up manufacturing plan
• Process and record data in order to improve the programming and increase efficiency

EDUCATION:

B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field, M.S./M.B.A in Engineering or related is a plus.
