Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Solutions Engineer to join our team. This person will play a pivotal role in showcasing our products, helping customers understand their value, and closing deals. This position combines sales expertise with a deep understanding of our software and our potential customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative sales demos for prospective customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our software.
• Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and demonstrate how our products align with their goals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software sales or a related field.
• General understanding of construction and/or accounting/payroll workflows.
• Excellent communication and remote presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and connect with customers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willingness to track leads using CRM systems and follow consistent sales processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally (typically 2-3x annually for conferences).
