Our client is a fast-growing, high-impact startup on a mission to scale and innovate. They're seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join their team and help fuel their growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver technical demos, address customer inquiries, and articulate the value and technical details of our platform. Your work will directly contribute to their sales success and overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Become a Product Expert : Gain deep knowledge of their integration platform, its connected systems, and the business processes we support, enabling you to offer expert guidance.
• Lead Technical Demos : Conduct customer-facing demos, addressing questions and demonstrating how their platform improves their workflows.
• Support Sales Efforts : Work with the sales team to create impactful demo materials, refine call scripts, and provide technical insights that enhance the sales process.
• Customer Onboarding : Assist customers during their onboarding, ensuring they seamlessly transition from legacy systems and maximize the value of their platform.
• Collaborate with Product Teams : Offer valuable feedback that shapes the product roadmap and ensures their solution continues to meet customer needs and scale effectively.

What We’re Looking For :

• Technical Proficiency : 2-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Product, or Engineering role, with exposure to SaaS products, APIs, SQL, or Postman (coding not required).
• Customer-Focused : Proven success in customer-facing roles, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve challenges, and drive customer success.
• Clear Communicator : Strong ability to simplify complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Startup Experience : Background in a small, fast-growing startup (Seed/Series A/B) is a plus.
