Overview

As the Sheet Metal Fabrication Foreman, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Las Vegas fabrication shop, managing the production of HVAC sheet metal components. Your role is not just about managing operations but also about contributing to the success of our projects. By ensuring the highest efficiency, safety, and quality standards while meeting project deadlines, you will be integral to our overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee daily QA protocols, address issues promptly, and collaborate with management on resolutions.
• Work Planning: Coordinate daily activities and resource allocation to meet production schedules across multiple projects.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment, coordinating necessary safety training and procedures.
• Production Management: Set production goals, manage team performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes to improve productivity and align with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of fabrication/manufacturing experience, HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A local and stable work history is required.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Autodesk Fabrication or similar software is preferred.
