Sales Coordinator

Our client located in Sugarland, TX has an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator, this is a direct hire opportunity. This is a 9/80 work schedule, every other Friday off.

Sales Coordinator Role:

Sales Coordinator will assist operations by actively maintaining the Salesforce CRM, participating in regional sales meetings, and generating operations reports.

Coordinator will provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with increasing their knowledge of Salesforce.

Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and create & maintain training and user documentation as business needs evolve or new features are added.

Train new and existing users on how to use Salesforce applications, ensure accurate product details for quoting via consistent data transfer and setup.

Support the Salesforce Administrator with implementations, modifications, and operational improvements in the Salesforce environment.

The Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving sales targets by handling customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or through the sales/service teams.

Will handle any complaints, referring customers to other divisions (repair or field service), and assisting in sourcing the correct equipment solution.

Process and coordinate sales orders from order inception through the planning, commissioning, and shipping activities associated with each sales order by liaising with the various departments involved in fulfilling an order.

Maintain quotations, sales order and contracts status, and backordered shipments.

Identify, resolve, and communicate problems in accomplishing the on-time shipment of orders.

Generate bid/tender responses, proposals, and quotations as requested by customers and sales personnel, and review sales contract & letter of credit documents for accuracy.


Sales Coordinator Role:

College degree preferred

Two years’ experience of sales coordination/support experience

Experience working with Salesforce as a CRM is required

Experience with Syteline is required

Experience working in a manufacturing/technical products company is preferred

Experience compiling comprehensive proposals would be an asset

Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
