Job Title: Power BI Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid; Las Colinas, Charlotte, Fargo, Seattle (2 days a week onsite)

Role Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Power BI Support Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to gain deep technical knowledge and work closely with customers on support tickets. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing top-notch Power BI support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Handle support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and resolve customer-reported issues within defined SLAs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with end users, understanding complex issues in often ambiguous environments.
- Act as a bridge between end users and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Handle escalations, involve the right parties, and deescalate situations effectively.
- Collaborate across teams and stay updated with the latest technology advancements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Azure Fundamentals.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, gateways, and Power BI administration.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS is an added advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in technical support projects and customer handling.
- Strong email writing skills and ability to present information clearly.
