Senior Account Executive - Technical Staffing
Our technical staffing company comprises of 5 divisions. We have regional offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Jacksonville, and several other markets. We are a top vendor for contract staffing for several large household name companies. We have a national recruiting team that has a great track record of tenure. We maintain roughly 300 tech consultants on client engagements and another 1,000 resources in other business support roles.
This is a challenging but highly rewarding opportunity. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans. As a Senior Account Executive, you will leverage your deep understanding of the technology industry to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Managing and expanding existing client relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identifying and qualifying new business prospects through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions and their value proposition.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Mentoring and guiding junior sales team members (where applicable).

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior sales staff is a plus.
