Summary
Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing both majors and specialty store accounts and building mutually beneficial partnerships with them while meeting our financial objectives.
Responsibilities
· Partner with CEO/COO to determine sales strategies for majors to maximize their sales growth.
· Prepare markets 4 times a year (NY x2, Europe x2), including creating linesheets, merchandising venues, and scheduling all appointments.
· Work closely with buyers to ensure their buy reflect the best selection based on their sales history.
· Analyze and report on majors’ selling on a weekly and seasonal basis to identify growth opportunities.
· Create and maintain seasonal and annual sales budget and monitor majors’ co-ops, margin support and chargebacks.
· Seasonally prepare and send out ATS suggestions based on sales trends.
· Ensure all sales orders are vetted and confirmed by accounts in a timely manner.
· Process accounts’ VPI requests and ensure deadlines and format requirements are met.
· Review partner assets for quality, accuracy and consistency of product descriptions and photography.
· Manage sales samples and keep track of sample send-outs and returns.
· Perform other work-related duties as required.
Requirements
· 3+ years of wholesale experience in a relevant field.
· Active jewelry and/or handbag relationships with better domestic and international accounts is a plus.
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and computer skills.
· Ability to travel based on business needs.
