Role Description

As a Business Development Associate at Brandsymbol, you will play a key role in prospecting decision-makers at large global companies in need of brand creation. You’ll collaborate with marketing and trademark officers to understand their needs, help develop tailored proposals, and assist in nurturing client relationships as we deliver exceptional work.

Position Overview

Success in this role hinges on your ability to identify qualified industry prospects with branding needs, create targeted outreach strategies, and secure meetings to discuss new business opportunities. This is an entry level role that provides the foundation for a career as an Account Executive in the branding industry, with opportunities for growth and high earning potential.

This position offers a base salary and additional incentives based on secured client introductions and pitches. It is a full-time role with a hybrid in-office and remote work arrangement. Candidates must be based in the Charlotte area and able to commute to our corporate office in Matthews, NC.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the Charlotte area
• Lead Generation Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, branding or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Ambitious and goal-oriented.
• Self-starter with a flexible, action-orientated mindset. Able to work in a team-orientated, and collaborative environment
