Pediatrician (Part Time or Full Time)

Salary Range: $176,667-$235,850 annual base plus RVU incentive (Sign-On Bonus!)


Requirements to apply:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited U.S. medical school.
  • Completion of a U.S.-accredited pediatric residency program.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
  • Active and unrestricted California medical license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Current DEA certificate.
  • Proven experience in providing comprehensive pediatric care, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of infants, children, and adolescents.

Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time or full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to join our established clinic in Alameda, CA. The position offers 24-32 patient contact hours per week in a community-based practice, where you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care in accordance with American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines. Our clinic sees an average of 15-18 patients per day, with operating hours from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM Monday through Friday, and a Saturday clinic from 9 AM to 12 PM. You will have the chance to practice full-spectrum pediatrics, including basic outpatient procedures such as suturing, circumcisions, and tongue clips. The practice consists of four Pediatricians who share a light call schedule (1:5) that includes hospital rounds on newborns and hospitalized patients. You will also have access to specialists for comprehensive care. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing excellent care to children in our community.
