ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Vendor & Contract Management:
- Lead quarterly contract reviews and assist in vendor contracts management, renewals, and performance scorecard reviews.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure vendor compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor monthly spend trends of partner schools and identify areas for potential savings.
- Lead the development and execution of RFPs and vendor selection processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Compile, analyze, and interpret purchase orders, vendor performance, and operational metrics data finding cost reduction opportunities.
- Create regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost savings, efficiency improvements, and SLA compliance.
- Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making for Operations department strategies.
- Monitor trends and anomalies in data to proactively identify potential issues or opportunities.
- Generate and analyze reports in Workday, providing insights to optimize the Operations department performance.
Operational Support:
- Assist with project planning, execution, and tracking for facilities, procurement, food services, and IT initiatives.
- Support the training and onboarding of team members on new processes or tools.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key processes in Operations.
- Support the implementation of new tools, systems, or technologies to improve operational performance.
BACKGROUND CHECKS:
- The incumbent in this position will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at all times.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education, Certifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, analysis, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, including compiling, interpreting, and presenting metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Travel between campuses is required from time to time.
- This position requires the need to lift objects (up to 25 pounds) on occasion.
- This position may require sitting for long periods at times, talking on the phone, standing, kneeling, stooping, and long periods of concentration.
