Deal Desk Specialist
3 month contract with the opportunity to extend
Hourly : $47.50-58.73hr

Job Description: The Deal Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing deal structuring and pricing support across the sales organization. You will serve as a key advisor to Sales, Legal, Finance, and Accounting, managing deal formation and flow, implementing policies, and driving sustainable growth while reducing sales cycle times. Additionally, you will assist in scaling our Deal Desk function internally.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret Workday and invoicing information, validating it against Salesforce records, and documenting reasons for any known differences.
- Read, interpret, and understand complex legal agreements to validate the latest contractual product allotment information.
- Package various components of executed/executable contracts into a Work Order template, indicating non-standard elements in the opportunity.
- Ensure the accuracy of the Pricing Data table in the Work Order, based on data from Workday, Salesforce, and contracts.
- Implement, document, and enforce processes and tools that maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.com, integrating with business intelligence software and other sales tools.
- Create a Clause library for standard and non-standard deal terms, categorized by requirements.
- Move data from Workday to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Contract Management, Order Management, or Deal Desk.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Workday, specifically in analytics, training, and adoption.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly Workday.
- Strong competency with Excel, including business models, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Bachelor's degree
