Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will support all aspects of the investment process, including:

  • Investment Analysis : Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to evaluate potential investments.
  • Industry Research : Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities across healthcare sectors.
  • Deal Execution : Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
  • Portfolio Support : Collaborate with portfolio companies to monitor performance and identify value-creation opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration : Partner with senior team members to contribute to strategic decision-making and overall success.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong analytical skills and a passion for healthcare:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, healthcare, or related fields; advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are a plus.
  • Experience : 1–3 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a related field. Prior exposure to healthcare is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise : Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present findings.
  • Work Ethic : Self-starter with attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
