Production Supervisor MUST LIVE IN LOCALLY WILL NOT RELO AND NEED TO HAVE AEROSPACE EXPERIENCE

Our client a Aerospace company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and a passion for ensuring efficient production processes, high-quality output, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, including safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain production documentation, including work orders, schedules, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to address challenges and optimize performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training opportunities for team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 and ISO 9001, is preferred.
