Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM | $30 per hour

Requirements | 1 year of machining experience + the ability to read micrometers, decimals, and fractions + Experience in troubleshooting, Programs, Machining 101, Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM), fixturing, drills, and inspection tools/equipment + the ability to read blueprints.

CNC Operator Tasks:

• Prepare the machines for operation by reviewing blueprints, loading materials, and calibrating the machine.
• Input programming instructions.
• Safely monitor the lathe and/or mill machine during operation.
• Inspect the work area and machinery before and after production.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Prioritize safety.

It's a plus if you have experience with: Audit Setup Sheets ISO 9,000 Maintenance Checklist Logs tools on Checklist Development Shop Problem Solving Reverse Engineering Fractions & Decimals 3D PSM/PSI TecoMen Mills- 4-5 Axis Lathes- 3 Axis.
