Job Description

Our client is seeking a Financial Operations Associate to join their team, providing administrative, operational, and client service support. This role requires a professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual capable of managing a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a financial advisor, assisting in day-to-day operations and contributing to individual and team success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned financial advisor(s).
  • Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Prepare forms, reports, and other materials for client meetings.
  • Process paperwork for client account setup and investment implementation.
  • Provide ongoing customer service for client requests, including assistance with online account access.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for client meetings.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Ensure compliance with broker/dealer and regulatory requirements.
  • Support other team members as needed, including occasional front-desk duties like answering phones and greeting guests.
  • Participate in team and company meetings, as well as assist with company events


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of financial industry experience required.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior client service.
  • Ability to process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $57,000–$75,000, based on experience.
  • Profit-sharing and discretionary bonuses available after one year of employment.
