THE COMPANY

We are working with a biotech company working to create a decentralized marketplace within the space. This company is giving autonomy back to those who donate to research and clinical trials. They are a lean team but growing rapidly as the need for their product is only increasing!

THE ROLE – Staff Frontend Engineer

The Staff Frontend Engineer will lead all things web development on a growing team of engineers. There will be a huge emphasis on UI/UX in this role. Client experience is massive for this organization – and you will lead the charge on frontend architecture and development. Further responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and architecture of a performant and scalable frontend
• Collaborating with the founders, PMs, and the backend team
• Bringing frontend thought leadership to the business
• Holistic frontend development
• Ensuring code quality and reliability through best practices in testing, documentation, and version control.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive frontend architecture and development experience
• The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• BioTech OR web3 experience is a must
• Extensive experience being a technical thought leader bringing new ideas to a business.
• Expert level expertise in React and Javascript

THE BENEFITS

As the Staff Frontend Engineer, you will receive a base of up to $180,000, as well as significant equity.
