Position: Alcohol and Drug Counselor - Case Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

Our multidisciplinary team takes a holistic approach to each individual’s diagnosis, cultural, and socio-economic background to identify needed changes, set goals for the future, and develop client-centered treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Develop, implement, and review treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, tailoring approaches to individual needs.
- Group Facilitation: Lead therapeutic group sessions, fostering a supportive community environment where clients can share experiences and strategies for recovery.
- Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to provide personalized support, coping strategies, and behavioral modification techniques.
- EMR Proficiency: Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for case documentation, with a preference for candidates experienced in Procentive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
- Client Advocacy: Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating additional resources and services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or equivalent certification in MN.
- Proven experience in substance abuse counseling, with a strong understanding of addiction recovery processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
