We're now looking for an associate-middle level Business Development Manager. This position is a full-time , Hybrid position.
Your challenges:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the residential energy sector, focusing on new business opportunities.
- Lead the localization of the company’s products and brand in the region, coordinating marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify areas for business expansion and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments to tailor sales strategies and offerings that align with customer needs.
- Provide senior management with regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity.
Your profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 4 years of experience in the North American energy market, preferably with a background in sales and connections in residential solar, real estate, inverters, consumer electronics, or energy storage solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the energy industry, particularly in home energy storage systems, services, and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong market analysis and expansion skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to think independently and logically.
- Fluent in spoken English, with proficiency in using English as the primary working language.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and excellent communication skills with a strong team-oriented approach.
