Mandatory Skills : OS Imaging/Software Center, AD User management, Desktop Troubleshooting, Service-Now Ticketing Tool
- Active Directory - Account provisioning, OU, security groups, permission mgmt, etc
- O365 - Manage mailbox & Different type of licenses
- End users tools - M365 tools - Teams, outlook, onedrive config, mgmt & Troubleshooting
- Network Printer config on user devices
- Install tools and softwares
- OS Imaging process and knowledge on Intune
- Analyze and Troubleshoot OS and Hardware issues
- Ticketing tool - Service now
- Good to have - knowledge on Okta, citrix functions
- Excellent communication
