Executive Sous Chef needed for one of Los Angeles’ top restaurants.  Award winning chef/owner is looking for a passionate chef to help command dinner service in a fine dining setting that does some big volume.  Attention to every detail is important to keeping this well-oiled machine running at the expected high levels of quality and consistency. 

YOU MUST have prior Michelin experience to be considered for this opportunity! 

This position demands a hands-on approach to managing a tenured and talented crew. You must also have a working knowledge of costs and systems and have shown success in your career in these areas.

This is a chance work with some of the best product in the city alongside one of LA’s most celebrated chefs.  Lots of creativity offered as the menu is hyper-seasonal.  The team visits the farmer’s market weekly to assess where the menu goes next.
