Position: Floor Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
• Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and support staff.
• Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to guarantee a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for front-of-house supplies.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff performance and service quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Assist in implementing and executing special events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and basic financial management.
• Passion for delivering superior customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
