Opening early March 2025, Cosetta is a new Italian restaurant and pizzeria from a highly acclaimed local chef with restaurants spanning Los Angeles. We will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The lunch menu is focused on salads, sandwiches, antipasti, and pizzas. The dinner menu will feature a variety of local fish crudos, small plates, blistered pizzas, and a few larger protein-foward mains. All our bread will be made in-house.

Scope of Work As a Bartender, you’ll be a key contributor to both the guest experience and the evolution of our bar program. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing drinks with consistency, precision, and respect for ingredients.
- Memorizing and executing a menu that balances creativity with a foundation in classics.
- Delivering thoughtful, attentive service that anticipates guest needs.
- Upholding the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of the bar.
- Engaging with guests and contributing to an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.
Experience Required - At least 3–4 years of bartending experience in an environment where quality and consistency are prioritized.
- A proven ability to balance speed, attention to detail, and guest interaction in a busy setting.
