Opening early March 2025, Cosetta is a new Italian restaurant and pizzeria from a highly acclaimed local chef with restaurants spanning Los Angeles. We will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The lunch menu is focused on salads, sandwiches, antipasti, and pizzas. The dinner menu will feature a variety of local fish crudos, small plates, blistered pizzas, and a few larger protein-foward mains. All our bread will be made in-house.

Scope of Work As a Barback, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Stocking and organizing all bar products, ingredients, and supplies to keep service uninterrupted.
- Refilling ice and maintaining readiness at each station.
- Preparing fresh juices, syrups, and other cocktail components.
- Keeping the bar and refrigeration areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Preparing garnishes with precision and ensuring they are readily available during service.
Experience Required
- At least one year of experience in a bar environment, preferably in a fast-paced or detail-oriented setting.
- A track record of dependability and the ability to work under pressure.
