Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Millwright to join our team during off-shift hours. The ideal candidate will hold a valid journeyman card and possess a strong background in machinery installation, maintenance, and repair within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans and blueprints.
• Inspect and maintain mechanical components, including bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine appropriate corrective actions using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid journeyman card as a Millwright or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently during off-shift hours.
