Insight global is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant/Clerk to support an attorney with various administrative tasks. This role involves processing Medicaid applications, meeting strict deadlines, handling scheduling duties, answering phone calls, and following up with clients. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule that allows you to set your own hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Medicaid applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for the attorney, including appointments and meetings.
- Answer phone calls and follow up with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred but not required.
Compensation: $18 - 22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
