Title: HRIC Service Desk Representative
Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site)
Duration: 12 month contract

Pay Range: W2 no C2C
We’re hiring an HRIC Service Desk Representative for our client . This role is a key point of contact for providing excellent customer service and support regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer service contact for the HR department, responding to questions from job applicants, vendors, active/retired/former employees, and managers.
- Provide accurate answers and guidance on benefits, staffing, employee record changes, and HR policies/programs.
- Redirect inquiries to appropriate subject matter experts or service providers for specialized requests.
- Collaborate with the HRIC team to ensure process improvement in quality, efficiency, and cycle times.
- Support HR administrative tasks and enhance customer service across various HR divisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Understanding of HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assess and interpret customer needs.
- Proficiency in computer systems, applications, and solid PC skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center environment, especially in an HR-focused role.
