Pay rate - 24/h
**This is a temporary to permanent assignment that is expected to last 6 months.** **This person will be required to work onsite.**
Job Summary: This person will be providing basic administrative support to Trust Operations team.
Job Duties
Responsible for scanning and uploading transaction documents into proprietary database
Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
Perform various duties as assigned
Operational tasks for back office and middle office processing ie. posting checks, printing checks, creating workflow items, mail sorting and indexing
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday
Skills: Must Haves:
? 1-3 years of recent experience in a role that involved data entry, account maintenance, check handling and ideally client-specific information ? Accurate data entry skills ? Strong attention to detail ? Basic to intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create a basic spreadsheet, add / remove columns and rows, data entry) ? Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, in addition to Excel) ? Professional demeanor ? Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Education High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree is a plus
