Email Infrastructure Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• System Compliance & Optimization: Ensure all systems, applications, and hardware align with corporate policies. Identify issues and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Documentation & Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, design documents, and standard operating procedures. Lead process documentation efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Application Development, QA, and Business teams to meet infrastructure needs during planning, design, and testing.
• Infrastructure Enhancements: Implement technology changes to improve reliability, resiliency, and efficiency.
• Support & Improvement: Perform production support tasks and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Team Contributions: Collaborate to achieve team objectives through proactive engagement and expertise.

What You Bring:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in Application Mail Routing and Mail Delivery (SPF/MX/DKIM).
• Proficiency with SMTP, Proofpoint Email Gateway, and Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with tools like Splunk (searching, reporting, dashboards) and PowerBI.
