Infrastructure Manager

Form 10 Group has an immediate opening for an Infrastructure Manager. This position will support our rapidly growing company by leading our team that oversees facilities, vehicles and warehousing in the delivery of impactful IT professional services programs that improve the technology infrastructure of our public sector (i.e., Federal, State, Local and Education).

Infrastructure Manager Role

Form 10’s Infrastructure Manager leads a team that is responsible for the facilities used to support our customers. There are currently three locations across the country and the number of locations is expected to double in 2025. The IM will also be responsible for a vehicle fleet that includes vans, cars and trucks. The fleet is expected to reach nearly 50 in 2025. The IM will oversee the daily operation of warehouses across the country. This includes managing the staff, enforcing procedures and implementing new policies. The IM will also be responsible for a repair depot that processes hundreds of transactions a month. The equipment being repaired includes printers, computers, cameras and scanners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team responsible for facilities, vehicles, and warehousing.
• Oversee the daily operations of warehouses, including staff management, enforcing procedures, and implementing new policies.
• Manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Supervise the repair depot, ensuring timely processing of equipment repairs, including printers, computers, cameras, and scanners.
• Collaborate with various departments to support the company's growth and infrastructure needs.
• Develop and manage project schedules, costs, and resources.
• Identify opportunities for new business or additional services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Represent Form 10 to customers and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements :

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in direct warehouse management
• US Citizenship required by our customer base; no dual citizenship permitted.
• Experience managing a fleet of vehicles.
• Contract negotiation skills are critical
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Must be willing to work on-site/in person Monday – Friday in our Tampa, FL office.
• Experience in Office 365 and ServiceNow is preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide to support locations. Varied and sporadic – but periods of up to 20% travel is possible if needed.

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000
