What Will You Do?
- Belong to a global team focused on securing the company's communication needs.
- Develop, operate, and enhance IT infrastructure services, including hosting, storage, databases, and both on-premises and cloud networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk and other Group IT competence teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve network incidents and service requests related to infrastructure and components.
- Ensure efficient and effective collaboration with the Swedish Match Group IT Service Desk.
- Operate and maintain reliable, secure, sustainable, and efficient network services.
- Support lifecycle management concerning services, software, and hardware.
- Design, plan, and implement new network services.
- Encourage the adoption of automation in network operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting, security awareness, and network operations.
- 3+ years of experience with traffic management, including routing, access control, and network segmentation.
- 2+ years of experience with Cisco enterprise hardware (wireless, switches, routers).
- Experience with Fortigate and Cisco firewalls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Team player with a curious nature and initiative.
- Holistic problem-solving approach, considering multiple perspectives before acting.
- Adaptability to unforeseen challenges.
