Project Consultant - $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus

Interesting Project Consultant role (PERMANENT position) with an established privately owned company that has been growing dramatically through geographical expansion (within South Central PA and Maryland) as well as through acquisition.

This role will report directly to and support the Chief Financial Officer of this company and is responsible for planning and executing the integration of new locations and newly acquired businesses. This role will coordinate cross-functional integration teams including Finance, IT, Operations, Human Resources, Sales and Legal. This role will be heavily involved in project management, integration planning, change management, risk management and synergy realization.

This role will work out of our client’s headquarters on the west shore of Harrisburg and will travel periodically to locations within a 2.5 hour radius of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Our client estimates most of these trips will be day travel (not overnight) and estimates 20% travel.

Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of three years of project management and / or PMO (project management office) experience is required.
