If you’re skilled in Revit, and AutoCAD, and love collaborating on stunning projects, this role could be your perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Teaming up with principals and staff to create exceptional design and architectural documents.
- Crafting design and construction drawings that shine.
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines and delight our clients with top-notch quality.
- Coordinating architectural drawings with other disciplines to bring projects to life.
- Managing submittals, correspondence, change orders, and shop drawings like a pro.
- Conducting field surveys to gather all the details needed for successful designs.
- Applying building codes and regulations to every stage of design and documentation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A wealth of architectural experience (10+ years minimum).
- A standout professional portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in commercial and hospitality projects like restaurants, bars, nightclubs, casinos, and hotels.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam software.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- The ability to thrive as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Licensure as an architect in Texas!
