What You'll Do:

• Engage closely with clients to understand their vision, priorities, and goals
• Prepare and present design concepts, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate and lead all aspects of the design process, ensuring seamless execution and quality standards
• Collaborate with contractors and builders, overseeing construction phases to bring plans to reality.

Your Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years in architecture with a Registered Architect (RA) license
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• U.S. Citizenship is required
