As a Senior Architect, you will act independently to design, model, and document complete buildings from schematic design through construction documents. This role is key to supporting project work, balancing leadership, mentorship, and the delivery of exceptional outcomes. Primary responsibilities include developing design intent and resolution leveraging City Collective’s CREATIVE framework and collaborating with internal and external teams to ideate and produce impactful solutions. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field (required). 
• Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Urban Planning with a focus on Urban Design (preferred). 
• Licensed Architect in state of practice (preferred). 
• Proven experience delivering multifamily projects from concept design through construction in Revit and BIM360/ACC. 
• Demonstrated expertise in detailing and documenting construction documents. 
• Commitment to balancing design intent, technical integrity, and construction costs through all project phases. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead design intent, development, and resolution. 
• Document site and existing conditions research. 
• Develop and guide illustrative drawings, images, and diagrams. 
• Provide peer-to-peer design leadership. 
• Assist with project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. 
• Essential Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: 
• Foundational team leadership and project management skills. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across disciplines. 
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam (essential). 
• Familiarity with Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, and Adobe Suite is preferred. 
• Proficiency in remote collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Miro, MS Office). 
• Experience with design presentations, cross-team collaboration, and consultant coordination. 
• Foundational experience working across diverse building typologies (e.g., multifamily, office, hotel, retail).
