Department: Technical Support


Overview: As a member of the Technical Support team, the International Support Team Member will be an essential part of the International Technical Support division. You will work closely with the Technical Support International Team and Partners to provide technical expertise and exceptional customer assistance. Your role will involve participating in the development of processes and procedures for setting up new clients and acting as a liaison between Technical Support and its dealers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:


Technical Support:

  • Perform the duties and responsibilities of a Technical Support Specialist.
  • Customer Escalations Management:
  • Manage International customer escalations, ensuring a 30-minute response time for all International Requests. Acknowledge the customer's concern or request within this timeframe.


Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Participate in weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the Manager and Director of Technical Support to discuss International concerns and resolutions.


Efficiency and Detail Orientation:

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency while handling multiple tasks.


Problem Solving and Innovation:

  • Identify challenges within the International context, propose innovative solutions, and implement them to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the organization and its partners.


Customer Service Excellence:

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and ensure follow-through on commitments to enhance customer satisfaction.


Communication and Organization:

  • Utilize strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and multitasking skills to effectively fulfill your role.


Process Documentation:

  • Create and maintain documentation to enhance International efficiencies and streamline procedures.


Adaptability and Additional Responsibilities:

  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the Director or Manager of Technical Support as needed.
