Summary

The primary function of the Investor Relations Manager will be to facilitate communication between new investors and the CFO.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage internal customer relationships and the process to obtain new investors.
• Provide all quarterly updates and reporting for investors.
• Update and manage Juniper Square investment software.
• Put together investor events in coordination with the Marketing & Public Relations Manager.
• Aid CFO with any needs for investors – e.g., client gifts, follow ups, etc.
• Complete any administrative work as required to support the Investment Team.
• Keep all models, files, accounts, etc. in a clean and orderly manner.
• Work with Marketing to generate and review all social media, website, or public articles used to attract new investors.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of financial/investor relations experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or another related field.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
