Summary
The primary function of the Investor Relations Manager will be to facilitate communication between new investors and the CFO.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage internal customer relationships and the process to obtain new investors.
- Provide all quarterly updates and reporting for investors.
- Update and manage Juniper Square investment software.
- Put together investor events in coordination with the Marketing & Public Relations Manager.
- Aid CFO with any needs for investors – e.g., client gifts, follow ups, etc.
- Complete any administrative work as required to support the Investment Team.
- Keep all models, files, accounts, etc. in a clean and orderly manner.
- Work with Marketing to generate and review all social media, website, or public articles used to attract new investors.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of financial/investor relations experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or another related field.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
