The Investor Relations Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of SR Realty Trust and its investment products. As part of the Investor Relations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with individual investors and other stakeholders to drive sales of private REIT stock, Notes offerings, and the REIT’s 1031 exchange opportunities. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, knowledge of real estate investment products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to investors.

Sales and Relationship Management :
- Present investment opportunities effectively to potential investors, providing comprehensive information about private REIT stock, notes, and 1031 exchange products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, understanding their financial goals and aligning them with appropriate investment solutions.
- Execute outreach strategies to engage new and existing investors, financial advisors, and other channels.
Investor Support :
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current investors with timely and accurate information.
- Provide high-quality investor support, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the company’s investment offerings.
Collaboration :
- Partner with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with other members of the Investor Relations team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
Compliance :
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with applicable securities laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and competitors’ product offerings.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Track and report on sales activity, investor feedback, and pipeline status.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Education/Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, sales, brokerage, financial services, or a related industry. Experience with REITs or 1031 exchanges is a strong plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with investors or financial professionals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment products, including private REITs and 1031 exchanges.
