Our client is a highly renowned fashion co. based in NYC. They are seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join their team! This position is fully onsite at their wonderful Midtown, Manhattan office.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead design and administration of benefit plans and programs
• Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, legal and Payroll to manage benefit plans
• Create relationships with vendors and evaluate optimal service and support
• Develop and launce wellness initiatives, programs, and events
• Ensure all programs are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Design and analyze all compensation structures
• Conduct market analyses
• Oversee annual salary review
• Utilize data to assess program effectiveness
• Forecast trends

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years’ experience in benefits management/administration
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or related platform
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

Salary Range: $125,000 – $155,000 based on experience
