Role Overview:
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for building and executing effective marketing strategies that help us grow our brand, engage with key audiences, and drive business outcomes. You will collaborate with content creators, manage campaigns, and contribute to sponsorships, with a specific focus on cloud automation and AI industries. This role requires someone who understands the market, can think creatively, and execute independently to bring real business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development & Growth:
  Build and implement marketing strategies to develop and grow our brand. Focus on identifying niche markets and creating a brand presence that resonates with potential clients and partners in the cloud automation and AI industry.

• Partnerships & Sponsorships:
  Partner with content creators and influencers in the cloud automation and AI spaces. Identify local events and sponsorship opportunities that can help elevate the brand. Explore new ways to create impactful partnerships that drive brand recognition and engagement.

• Campaign Management:
  Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms. Analyze and select platforms that best fit our target audience, ensuring campaigns are adaptable to the evolving digital landscape.

• Email Marketing:
  Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage prospects, and drive conversions. Continuously optimize email strategies to ensure effectiveness.

• Industry Expertise:
  Stay informed on the latest trends in cloud automation and AI, and incorporate this knowledge into marketing strategies. Understand the evolving needs of businesses in these industries and tailor campaigns to meet their challenges and opportunities.

• Team Building & Collaboration:
  Work closely with a small, agile team, providing leadership and mentorship while ensuring that marketing efforts align with broader company goals. Build processes to foster collaboration and efficiency across teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, particularly within the cloud automation, AI, or technology industries.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that generate results.
• Experience working with content creators, influencers, and partners to build brand awareness.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid media, email marketing, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of cloud automation and AI industry trends, with the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to target audiences.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Energetic, driven, and adaptable with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Coachable and open to feedback, with a growth mindset and eagerness to improve.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in startup marketing and brand-building from scratch.
• Familiarity with event sponsorships and local brand activations within the technology or SaaS space.
• Strong understanding of how automation and AI are transforming industries and how to leverage that in marketing strategies.
