We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to manage Telco customers and Network Management System (NMS) projects. The role involves managing and delivering professional services for Nokia's network management products, including EMS/OSS implementations. This is a hands-on role requiring the candidate to work in the Dallas office at least 3 days per week or as needed.
As the Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of service projects, ensuring successful project start, execution, communication, risk management, and closure. Your role will include managing the acceptance of service projects, utilizing PMI (Project Management Institute) best practices to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and deliver projects for Nokia Network Management products and services.
- Handle customer communications, including managing expectations and project updates.
- Ensure the successful start, execution, and closure of service projects.
- Implement Network Management solutions (EMS/OSS) in both BareMetal and Software-Only environments.
- Effectively manage risks and deliver the projects within timelines and scope.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure acceptance of service projects and compliance with customer requirements.
Qualifications :
- Experience in managing Telco customers and Network Management System (NMS) projects.
- Strong knowledge in EMS/OSS implementation in both BareMetal and Software-only environments.
- Solid understanding of PMI project management practices .
- Strong communication and risk management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
