**This is a full time permanent role**

The Role:

The Production Scheduler will plan and schedule appropriate production runs based on inventory and demand. The incumbent in this position will also be responsible for monitoring inventory and analyzing data in the SAP system.

Job Duties:

• Expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
• Plan, prepare and evaluate manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation based on SAP order entry
• Maintain SAP integrity
• May be responsible for Resale Inventory (Imports)
• Analyze and monitor inventory daily
• Enter production and warehouse transfers in SAP system
• Prepare production reports
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School /Technical School diploma with a minimum of 2 years' work experience in physical distribution or a production role in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Working knowledge of SAP systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently
