Production Scheduler

Are you an experienced production scheduler with a strong background in the metal manufacturing industry? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the metal manufacturing sector, we are looking for a professional with proven expertise in production scheduling, planning, and supply chain coordination.

What Will You Do Day-to-Day?

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, aligning with customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacities.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment of schedules with business objectives.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays, equipment failures, or other disruptions.
• Analyze and report on production performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency and resource utilization.
• Coordinate material availability with procurement and inventory teams to prevent production delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the scheduling process.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Who Are You?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably within the metal manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling software and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
