Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate: Work with Product Management to refine requirements.
Innovate: Design and redesign complex software components.
Customize: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform with best practices.
Secure: Develop robust access control mechanisms.
Integrate: Seamlessly connect ServiceNow with other systems.
Analyze: Create insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Test: Ensure quality through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
Maintain: Perform routine updates and system maintenance.
Manage Change: Oversee change management activities within JIRA.
Migrate: Handle update sets and application repository functionality.
Document: Create and update system documentation and provide training.
Resolve: Investigate and resolve platform issues.
Improve: Identify and implement process improvements.
Adapt: Thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of work experience.
- At least 3 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with IRM/GRC and Business Continuity ServiceNow applications.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale projects end-to-end.
- Experience following an iterative and agile SDLC.
- Implementing ServiceNow integration with other applications via automated data imports and/or iHub spokes.
- Willingness to learn other SaaS products.
Nice to Have:
- Completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations of a ServiceNow GRC application.
- Experience with other SaaS products like NAVEX, Regology, or AuditBoard.
