3 Days Onsite in Jackson MI

Responsibilities:

? Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Service Catalog and API integrations.

? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.

? Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

? Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

? Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

? Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.

? Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

? 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on Service Catalog and API integrations.

? Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

? Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, including designing and implementing integrations.

? Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

? ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
