Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Planning for NAMC projects layout and equipment needs, go and see to gather current data (benchmarking)
- Make overall process layout and evaluate equipment modification or new equipment needs
- Evaluate multiple options of equipment plans for project KPI while working with a team
- Establish new processes or improvements as needed after experience with existing procedures.
- Able to support & meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects
- Provide feedback to facilitate group development
- Identifying critical judgement criteria and providing studies to support decision making with strong consideration of critical path of decision making for project success.
Requirements:
- Associates or Technical Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management
- Or Work Equivalent in Applicable Field (Automotive, Industrial, Procurement, etc)5Yrs Work Experience
What you may bring (Prefer to Have – Sets Candidates Apart):
- It would be preferred if the candidate does have some experience with Automotive body welding, and manufacturing parts sales. Also, if the candidate has some experience with cost analysis that would be helpful.
- New Model Body Shop Production Preparation Experience
- Manufacturing Shop Project / Mass Production Experience
- Experience planning equipment cost and budgetary estimations
- Vehicle Structure & Processing Knowledge
- Advanced Engineering Degree
- Project Management experience
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems and investigate related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
