Role: EBX Coordinator
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 months
We are looking for an EBX Coordinator to help our customers get maximum value from a wide array of the client products. Responsibilities:
- Maximize the success of the Client EBX team, wearing multiple hats, and assisting the Briefing Program Managers with customer and partner-facing meetings.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of briefing metrics, create reports, and send them out on schedule.
- Manage all logistics related to briefings.
- Handle relationships with our vendors and partners (catering, interpretation, gifts, creative services, etc.) Maintain a high level of daily activity including internal calls, meetings, and planning.
