Role: Administrative Assistant

Location: Sunnyvale, CA – 94085 (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 – 6 months


Key Responsibilities:

  • Large scale asset management, inventory management, procurement, planning, shipping, and distribution
  • Event planning / support (Equipment setup, logistics, customer interactions, problem resolution)
  • Customer success (Design and own the customer journey, allocate tools, resources, and engage daily with EEP team members needing support.)
  • Communicate with key partners, including Facilities, global shipping & receiving, external catering / event vendors, Exec. Admin team globally.
  • Calendaring
