Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial team. We value a proactive, self-starter mentality and seek someone who thrives in an adaptable environment. The ideal candidate will bring administrative expertise, a strong work ethic, and the ability to see tasks through to completion. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required and will be assessed through a skills test. Fluency in Italian or French is a plus. This role focuses on fulfilling customer orders while ensuring accurate inventory, precise reporting, and effective data management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and Google Sheets .
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with customers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
  • Support the operations team with data entry, report generation, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, inventory management, or accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (demonstrated skill will be assessed).
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
